Riley Keough Allegedly Donated Eggs to John Travolta, Court Documents Claim
Los Angeles— Court filings in a long-running legal dispute involving Priscilla Presley’s former business associates have made a sensational allegation: Riley Keough, the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley, allegedly donated her eggs to John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, resulting in the birth of their son, Benjamin Travolta. The claims, outlined in an amended complaint, have drawn immediate attention due to the high-profile nature of the families involved.
According to the documents, obtained by multiple outlets including People and TMZ, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko—former business partners of Priscilla Presley—allege that Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, informed them that Preston had been unable to conceive naturally. The complaint claims Travolta and Preston had previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs for conception but later sought an alternative, allegedly citing concerns over “eggs with heroin.”

The lawsuit alleges a deal was orchestrated in which Keough, 36, provided her eggs to Travolta, allowing Preston to carry their son, Ben, who is now 15. In return, Keough reportedly received an older Jaguar and a payment between $10,000 and $20,000. The complaint also references handwritten notes and text messages, which allegedly identify Ben Travolta as Priscilla Presley’s “beautiful great-grandson” and mention “CA fertility partners” and that “Kelly Preston carried baby.”
The amended complaint, filed against Priscilla Presley’s son Navarone Garcia, emerges amid an ongoing legal dispute over alleged fraud, elder abuse, and misappropriation of funds. Kruse and Fialko claim their efforts aimed to mediate family disputes and ensure a resolution following Lisa Marie Presley’s death in January 2023. Jordan Matthews, an attorney representing Kruse and Fialko, told Us Weekly, “This amended complaint is about revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility.”
Priscilla Presley’s legal team strongly disputes the allegations. Attorneys Marty Singer and Wayne Harman told TMZ, “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.” The attorneys also criticized what they described as repeated efforts to pressure the Presley family through “false and unverified claims.”

Keough and Presley have publicly denied the claims. In a joint statement to People, they emphasized the strength of their family bond and said the allegations were “not only untrue but also deeply hurtful.” They highlighted that their priority remains honoring Lisa Marie Presley’s legacy and protecting the family’s shared history.
The claims, if substantiated, would touch on sensitive issues of fertility, privacy, and family legacy, further complicating the ongoing legal battle. Legal experts caution that allegations involving high-profile figures and reproductive matters often generate intense public scrutiny, even as courts evaluate evidence and intent.
So far, Travolta’s representatives have not publicly commented on the allegations. The lawsuit is expected to continue through the courts, with both sides likely presenting additional evidence and testimony. Observers note that the case could have lasting implications for privacy, celebrity estates, and the handling of family disputes in the public eye.
As the legal proceedings unfold, attention will remain on both the Presley and Travolta families, with the court’s findings potentially reshaping narratives around the estate, the ongoing lawsuits, and the broader conversation about assisted reproductive arrangements within high-profile families.
