Prime Video Unveils Trailer for Guy Ritchie’s ‘Young Sherlock’
London – Prime Video has released the trailer for Young Sherlock, a new mystery series exploring the early years of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s detective. The series will premiere all eight episodes on March 4.

The show follows a young Sherlock Holmes as a disgraced and unfiltered man. He becomes involved in a murder case that threatens his freedom. The investigation uncovers a globe-trotting conspiracy and sets the stage for Sherlock’s transformation into the world-famous detective of Baker Street.
Hero Fiennes Tiffin stars as Sherlock Holmes. The cast also includes Dónal Finn (The Wheel of Time), Zine Tseng (3-Body Problem), Joseph Fiennes (The Handmaid’s Tale), Natascha McElhone (Halo), Max Irons (Condor), and Colin Firth (The King’s Speech).

Guy Ritchie directs the first two episodes and serves as executive producer. The series was created for television by Matthew Parkhill, who is also showrunner and executive producer alongside Dhana Rivera Gilbert, Marc Resteghini, Simon Maxwell, Ivan Atkinson, Simon Kelton, and Colin Wilson. Co-executive producers include Harriet Creelman and Steve Thompson.
This marks Ritchie’s return to the world of Sherlock Holmes after directing Sherlock Holmes (2009) and its sequel Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011). Young Sherlock promises a mix of mystery, action, and period adventure, focusing on the detective’s formative years before he became the world-famous sleuth.
